Hi, I'm Shirley Lyon.

I have been licensed in the State of California for 35 years and obtained my Brokers License in 1984. In 1995, I purchased the Coldwell Banker Liberty Realty offices in Morro Bay and Cayucos as the participating Broker/Owner. My company has recently merged with Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate so as to give even greater service to my customers and clients.

I have been actively engaged in listing and selling Coastal Properties for 31 years and have consistently been a Top Producer while establishing a good reputation for integrity and honesty both as an owner and as a Broker.

As a Realtor, I am a member in good standing of the National Assn. of Realtors, the California Assn. of Realtors and the Scenic Coast Assn. of Realtors. I served as President of the Assn. for two years, received the Exemplary Service Award and Realtor of the Year. Recently named Lifetime Member of CAR.

I also participate in my community - serving in various capacities with the Cayucos Lioness Club, the Morro Bay and Cayucos Chambers of Commerce, Friends of the Cayucos Library.
